PLACING YOUR ORDER
MINIMUM ORDER: For internet, phone or faxed orders, our minimum order is $200.00 of assorted merchandise, or 1 Prize Machine kit of any kind.
WHOLESALE ONLY: We are a wholesale only company and only sell to businesses or individuals that have a federal tax resale number. For more information, please call one of our sales representatives.
SPECIAL PRICING: In addition to the pricing on the website, we offer special discounts for large quantity purchases. For more information, call and ask one of our sales representatives who will be glad to answer any questions you may have.
METHOD OF PAYMENT:
Credit Card - We accept most credit cards including Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover Card. We only ship credit card orders to the cardholder's billing address.
COD/Money Order/Certified Check - This method of payment and shipping is available to all customers. Since we ship by UPS, each package will have a COD tag on it, and is subject to a COD fee charged and collected by UPS.
COD Company Check - Please submit your bank reference (the name of your bank, account #, and telephone number) and our credit department will follow up. Again, each package will have a UPS COD tag on it and is subject to a UPS COD fee charged and collected by UPS.
Net 30 Day Terms - Please contact our credit department and we will be glad to e-mail, fax or mail you our credit application.

REDEMPTION PRODUCTS
Orders of $300 or more in every redemptive product category will receive FREE Freight on their order. However, the only category not elegible for this program is redemption plush.
FREE FREIGHT is on ground shipments only. Nextday, 2nd day, and 3rd day freight shipments are not included.
Customers are responsible for the cost of COD tickets.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
All orders are shipped from our Jersey City, New Jersey warehouse. We ship by UPS except in the case of large orders where we will be glad to make other trucking arrangements for you. Please discuss your needs with your sales representative.
UPS freight charges are based on package, weight, dimensions, and destination. Over size boxes are subject to additional UPS charges.
We bill customers for actual UPS shipping charges. We offer the following guidelines as an aid to help you estimate your freight charges:
Zones 1, 2, and 3 - approximate charge is 10-15% of the order
Zones 4, 5, and 6 - approximate charge is 15-20% of the order
Zones 7, and 8 - approximate charge is 20-25% of the order
In addition to UPS ground shipping, we offer Next Day Air, Second Day Air, and Third Day Air shipping. Please call our customer service department to discuss your specific needs.
UPS will not ship to a PO Box address. For shipping purposes, please provide us with your street address.
ORDER FULFILLMENT
Within 24 hours of placing an order, you will receive confirmation by e-mail confirming your order.
Our goal is to fill your order as completely as possible. However, if an item is out of stock, we will note that on your packaging slip. We only bill you for items that we have shipped. Backorders of sufficient size will be processed in as prompt a manner as possible, or subject to your request, will be cancelled.
RETURNS
Please notify our customer service department within 10 days of receipt of merchandise if you have received damaged or defective merchandise, or there was a shortage in your shipment. If a package arrives visibly damaged, it is essential to notify the UPS driver and to file a UPS claim. Other requests for returns must be approved by our customer service department.
